We are thrilled to announce our new patient communication app is now LIVE! We built an app to streamline communications between patients and providers. We understand how easy it is to send a quick text, we love texting too! However, we’ve reached a point in our practice where it is no longer feasible to continue on the texting path.
So, please read below how to access our new communications app!
To Get Access:
- Visit www.resultsnorfolk.com and click the Download our App button at the very top of the screen OR CLICK HERE.
- Soon the app will be available in both the Google and Apple app stores, but right now the app is web-based.
To Create Your Account:
- You have two options:
- Continue with Google – Choosing this option will prompt you to login with your existing Google account.
- Sign Up (lower right hand corner) – Choosing this option will prompt you to create your account with your email address and create a password.
- Either option is fine with us, they both work the same on our end. With either option you will receive a one-time code via email to confirm your identity.
- After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the main Dashboard.
- From the dashboard, navigate to the Settings button to update your personal details including your name, phone number, date of birth, and home address.
To Use the App:
- There are three primary functions within the app:
- Book Appointment – clicking this button will send you to our booking site.
- Beginning March 15th, Jami will no longer be scheduling appointments via text or personal Facebook messenger. All appointment scheduling will flow through our online scheduling options.
- Request Refill – this allows you to request refills for your hormone therapy and Tirzepatide (Tirzepatide refills are only available for satellite patients). Please allow 24 hours for your refill request to be accepted and processed.
- Beginning March 15th, Jami will no longer be accepting refill requests via text or personal Facebook messenger. All refill requests will flow through our app.
- Messages – this is where you will communicate with us! Please allow 24 hours for your message to be returned.
- Beginning March 15th, Jami will no longer be communicating with patients via text or personal Facebook messenger.
- Book Appointment – clicking this button will send you to our booking site.
As mentioned above, beginning March 15th Jami will no longer be communicating with patients via text or through her personal Facebook messenger. The Results Norfolk app or the Results Norfolk Facebook messenger is where all patient communications should originate.
We understand there will be a learning curve and our app designer is prepared to answer any and all questions you may have along the way.
